Spring and Fall Tune-Ups
Two full tune-ups a year on up to two doors. We call you each spring and each fall to pick a day, then you get an arrival window and a text when we are on the way.
10% Off Repairs
Springs, cables, rollers, sensors, openers: any repair on your door costs 10% less while you are a member.
10% Off a New Door or Opener
When it is time to replace the door or the opener, the 10% comes off that too.
Priority Dispatch
If your door breaks, you get our first open slot.
Tune-Up Checklist
On every door, both visits.
Spring Tension & Door Balance
The door gets disconnected from the opener and lifted by hand. A balanced door stops wherever you leave it. One that drops or climbs gets adjusted first.
Hardware Tightening
Hinges, brackets, track bolts and the opener rail all get checked and tightened. A door that runs several times a day works its own hardware loose.
Lubrication
Lubricated with the right product in the right places. Most of the noise people call us about is dry rollers and nothing else.
Safety Sensors & Auto-Reverse
The photo eyes get aligned and the door is run onto an obstruction to confirm it reverses. It goes out of adjustment quietly, so nothing tells you when it stopped working.
Opener Force & Limit Settings
Set so the door closes fully without straining and opens without slamming into the stop.
Cable, Drum & Seal Inspection
Checked for fraying, slipping and gaps. You get told what we found whether or not it needs anything today.
Membership Terms
Renewal. IronGate Care is billed $149 per year and renews automatically each year on the date you joined, charged to the card on file, until you cancel.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time by phone or text. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your benefits continue until the end of the current membership year. Payments already made are not refunded.
Coverage. One membership covers up to two garage doors at one residential address. Each membership year includes two tune-ups, one in spring (March to May) and one in fall (September to November), scheduled subject to availability. A tune-up not used in its season does not carry over. The membership belongs to the address and member it was bought for and cannot be transferred.
Repairs and parts. Repairs, parts and new doors or openers are not included in the membership. They are quoted before any work and billed separately, with the 10% member discount applied.

Common Questions
When do the tune-ups happen?
Once in spring (March to May) and once in fall (September to November). Pick a time right after you join, or later from the link on your membership card.
What does the 10% off cover?
Any repair on your garage door or opener, and a new garage door or opener when you need one. The 10% comes off the price we quote you.
How many doors does it cover?
Up to two garage doors at one address. If you have three or more, call us.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, by phone or text. Your membership runs to the end of the year you paid for and then stops. We do not refund the current year.
How do I pay?
By card or Apple Pay when you join. It renews automatically every year at $149.
