It depends on the spring type and the weight of the door, so we don't quote springs over the phone. We come out, look at it, and give you the price for free. Nothing starts until you say yes to that number.
Can you repair my garage door the same day?
Booked before 2pm, most repairs across Northwest Indiana are done the same day. Springs, cables and rollers are already on the truck.
How do I know if it's the spring or the opener?
Pull the red release cord and lift the door by hand. If it comes up and stays where you leave it, the springs are fine and the fault is in the opener. If it will not move, or it drops the second you let go, the spring has gone. You can usually see it too: a broken torsion spring leaves a visible gap in the coil on the shaft above the door.
